Help CenterIf you are receiving this error, please follow the below steps to resolve.
1) Try to enable Honorlock by clicking "enable this item" in the pop-up within Chrome.
2) If you are unable to successfully enable Honorlock, you'll need to remove other extensions from Chrome. Enter chrome://extensions into your URL bar.
3) Please select Remove any extensions you think could be interfering with Honorlock. You can also toggle them off if that's preferred instead of removing them. Other proctoring extensions like Proctorio or Proctor U, will interfere with the Honorlock extension and MUST be removed.
4) Once you've done this, slide the toggle to enable Honorlock and launch proctoring.
