Troubleshooting the "Some required parameters are missing" error message

If you encounter this error message:

  1. Make sure you are accessing the exam on Chrome.
  2. Check the upper left corner of your page for a Login icon.
  3. Log in to your school/institution page and navigate to the Honorlock or test page.  If your exam is not populated there and the message remains, continue to step 4.
  4. Clear your cache and cookies, the steps can be located here.
  5. Log in to your school/institution page and navigate to the Honorlock or test page.  If your exam is not populated there and the message remains after step 4 has been completed, please contact your instructor or exam administrator, as this means one of the following is not filled out for your account within the LMS: role, user ID, course ID, email address, or full name.
