If you encounter this error message:
- Make sure you are accessing the exam on Chrome.
- Check the upper left corner of your page for a Login icon.
- Log in to your school/institution page and navigate to the Honorlock or test page. If your exam is not populated there and the message remains, continue to step 4.
- Clear your cache and cookies, the steps can be located here.
- Log in to your school/institution page and navigate to the Honorlock or test page. If your exam is not populated there and the message remains after step 4 has been completed, please contact your instructor or exam administrator, as this means one of the following is not filled out for your account within the LMS: role, user ID, course ID, email address, or full name.
