If you have a second displayed connected to your Mac with an adapter, you will need to disconnect the second monitor to continue with the proctoring steps.

  1. If you are using a second display to another monitor or TV without connecting with an adapter plugged into your computer, you can mirror your computer screen to second display to clear the multiple monitors displayed.
  2. Click on the icon in the top upper right corner of your screen that looks like two slide bars on top of each other. This will be to the right of the search option icon.
  3. Click on the screen screen mirroring option and select Mirror Built-in Retina Dispay.  This will mirror your main display to the second monitor and clear the message for multiple monitors.  You will proceed with the remaining proctoring steps.
