Help CenterStarting May 20, 2026, sessions open in the new Session Viewer by default. The legacy Session Viewer is still available through Summer 2026 and will be retired at the start of Fall 2026.
You can switch between the two viewers at any time during this transition. Your choice is remembered for future sessions until you switch again.
Switching back to the legacy Session Viewer
A banner at the top of the new Session Viewer includes a link to switch back to the legacy version.
When you click the link, a short feedback prompt appears asking what brought you back to the legacy version. You can answer it or skip it — either way, the legacy Session Viewer loads after you respond. The feedback prompt only appears once. If you switch back again later, you'll go straight into the legacy viewer.
Switching forward to the new Session Viewer
The legacy Session Viewer includes a banner at the top that reminds you it will be discontinued and offers a link to switch to the new Session Viewer. The link loads the new viewer immediately.
When the legacy Session Viewer goes away
The legacy Session Viewer will be retired at the start of Fall 2026. After that, all sessions open in the new Session Viewer, and there is no option to switch back.
