The Docebo platform can integrate with Honorlock so that you can use the advanced proctoring features with your Docebo Exams.  This article will describe how to use Honorlock proctoring in VILT or e-learning courses in Docebo.

For more information on how to attend a course, please visit Navigating and Attending Online Courses and Remote Learning: Webinar Courses.

Accessing the Learner Results

There are two ways to access the learner results:

  • Via the Learner results page. This method is accessible to instructors and Superadmins only and shows all tests for the course. Please note that instructors will see only tests from the courses they are assigned to, and super admins will see all tests from all courses.

  • Via the Curse Management page.  This method allows you to see test results pre-filtered by only the specific source you are accessing.

Accessing via the Learner results page

In Docebo select the user menu button in the top left corner.

Next, select Lerner Results.

In the following screen you will see the list of test takers.

The list is broken down by the following columns:

  • Username - The username of the test taker

  • Course name - The name of the course where the test was given

  • Test name - The name of the test within the course mentioned in the previous column

  • Test Status - The status of the test.

    • Not Started - The learner has not yet taken the test

    • In Progress - The learner is currently taking the test(this status may also indicate the learner has started and suspended the test if the settings for the test allow for this)

    • Completed - The learner has completed the test

    • Failed - The learner has not achieved a passing score on the test

    • Invalid - The test has been marked as invalid by Honorlock due to the flag thresholds having been exceeded.

    • Finalization - The test is in finalization status

    • Needs proctoring review—The test requires proctoring to be reviewed. To do so, select the play icon at the end of the row to replay the video of the learner taking the test.

  • Test Score - The score the learner achieved when taking the test

  • Learner Attempts - The number of times the learner has attempted to take this test

  • Threshold exceeded - If the learner has exceeded the preset threshold limits and, as a result, invalidated their test session, this column will indicate “Yes”.  Otherwise, it will indicate “No”.

  • Submission Date.

Proctoring Review

When a test status is Needs Proctoring Review, select play at the end of the row associated with the test you wish to review.  The first time you access a proctored test, you will need to select Allow in the Honorlock data sharing permissions pop-up window to proceed.

Next, in the test review window, you can view the video of the test as well as all the flags recorded by the AI.  When you validate the session after reviewing all the information, the score of the test will be evaluated by Docebo.  If you reject the session then the test will be set to an invalid status in Docebo.

Select Validate Session to validate the test, otherwise select Reject Session.
