Brightspace offers a content tool so instructional designers can post and organize course content so that information about course expectations, course syllabi, lecture notes, and important dates are displayed to users. Course Materials posted in new content can include documents, images, media files, CaptureCast presentations, URL links, and existing course material.
The following steps will allow you to add Honorlock-enabled exams and launch the exam from the new content experience.
As the administrator, select Config Variable Browser.
From there, select Tools > Content > UserLessonsExperience. From here, select “Add Value at the top of the window.
Clicking “Select Org Unit” will present you with a list of options. Choose the desired org unit, click “Update” and then “Save.” From here, ensure course offering is on, and click “Save.”
Adding external learning tool using New Content
Select the content to add the external learning tool and select Add Existing.
Select External Tool Activity.
Select the Honorlock LTI.
Adding external learning tool using Classic Content
Open Exam Link and select Upload/Create.
Click on Add Activity and select Honorlock and click on Create New LTI Link.
New content is now available.
