Help CenterTo improve efficiency and reduce errors for learners with approved accommodations, institutions can now upload a single accommodations list, and those accommodations will automatically apply across all proctored exams. This ensures test takers get the support they need without extra work for exam administrators or proctors.
For Key Administrators

Turn on Accommodations Management at the Account/Institution Level: Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.

Access Accommodations Management in Hub.Honorlock: The Honorlock key administrators should navigate to Hub.Honorlock.com and then to Accommodations Management.

Download the CSV template: Download the Honorlock Accommodations Template. The template includes the formatting and all acceptable accommodations along with the associated codes.

Modify template with accommodations information: Edit the template file inputing the needed accommodations information.

Upload csv into Hub: Upload your new csv file. The file will successfully import or show an error message if there are issues with the file.

Review accommodations and confirm: If the file imports without any errors, the list of accommodations will be presented and you will click Import File to complete the import process.

Key Administrators can overwrite with a new file as needed: You will see a warning message when importing a new csv file. The new file will overwrite their existing accommodations.
AI Proctoring & Flagging
When a learner with accommodations takes an exam, the AI adjusts its behavior accordingly.
For example, if an exam normally prohibits notes but a test takeris approved to use them, the AI won’t flag that behavior for them.
After completing the steps above, the global accommodations are automatically applied for all exams within the institution. The flags associated with accommodations will automatically update accordingly for each individual test taker.
