Honorlock Student Toolbar OverviewDuring Honorlock-enabled assessments, a toolbar is accessible for students at the bottom of the testing window. Calculator - This will open or close the Honorlock basic or scientific calculator if made available by the instructor. You may reposition the calculator by dragging the blue bar at the top of the calculator. Selecting the compression icon will reduce the size of the calculator, and selecting the expansion icon will revert the calculator to its original size.

File UploadDuring your assessment, your professor might ask you to upload a copy of your scratch paper or another file for their review. Below are the steps you can use to do so: 1) To start, please refer to your professor's instructions for uploading the file, as they might have specific instructions for you to follow that vary from the generic instructions. Use a scanner to scan a copy of the paper(s).

In-Exam FlagsThe purpose of this document is to answer frequently asked questions regarding In-Exam Flags. What are in-exam flags? Flags are used to refer to incidents or notifications that occur within an exam taker’s session. An example of an in-exam flag is when your face goes out of frame. The AI will note your face has gone out of frame. In-exam flags are marked by the AI or one of Honorlock’s proctors and are not always indicative of an academic violation.
