Reviewing a Summary ReportThe below articles and images are applicable as of August 9th. The full proctoring Summary Report can be accessed and reviewed once the exam's due date has passed and will be available for both native LMS exams and registered third party exams. 1) Log in to your Learning Management System (LMS) as an instructor and navigate to the Honorlock LTI found within your course. If you require additional assistance with locating our LTI, please reach out to your institution's Key Administrator.

How to View Your Honorlock Results1) Log in to your Learning Management System as an instructor and navigate to the Honorlock LTI found within your course. If you require additional assistance with locating our LTI, please reach out to your institution's Key Administrator. 2) Locate the exam you want to review. Click on the Results button associated with that assessment. 3) All students who have completed the exam will be listed and ready to review.

Failsafe ImagesIn the event the connection to our video platform is interrupted (by an internet degradation issue or outage), Honorlock will revert to Failsafe image capture instead of video capture. When this occurs, a still image of the webcam and the screen will be taken every 10 seconds. All normal AI functionality and flags work as expected. Search and Destroy FAQWhat if an exam is used for more than one semester? Search will re-run for questions after 30 days. If those same questions are used within 30 days they will show the same result as the last search. Does the name of the exam need to change to run S&D again the following semester? You do not need to change the name of the exam. Search and Destroy will re-run when the exam is re-enabled for proctoring.

Reviewing Session Results Best PracticesHonorlock provides Session Results, that provide insights about what occurred during exam taker sessions. Honorlock provides video recordings and chat transcripts. Below we have some best practices to follow to maximize the results. When attempting to view individual sessions, utilize the Student Results page. Use the Filter and Sort by drop down menu, to locate the Violations, Pop-In Occurred and High flags first. When in the individual session, turn on the screen control on the screen recorder window by right clicking on it and then selecting “Show Control.
